Site Opening Times
Opening Times 23 March to ? September (last Saturday in September) 2013
2% charge for credit card payments.
Available from 4pm on arrival. Please hand in by 10am on the day of departure. Should you wish to arrive after 5.30pm; keys will be left with the Bar Manager.
Children are always welcome.
Bread, milk, etc can be bought on site at the ‘Village’ shop opening hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, 9am – 3pm Sunday [subject to change].
Letting chalets do not accept dogs. You will see dogs on site on occasion and these belong to individual Chalet Owners.
High chairs & travel cots
These can be provided at £10 each per week. Bedding not supplied. Electricity/Gas Electric cards can be purchased in the ‘Village’ shop or Bar in quantities of £1 £5 & £10 – other electric meters are by £1 coin.
VAT is included at the current rate.
Car parking is free, additional cars; trailers etc for security reasons must be booked in advance and will be strictly monitored.
Colour TV sets are provided free in all accommodation.
We are open from 31st March to September 29th 2012.

We may allow reputable companies to write to you with offers which may be of interest. If you would prefer not to hear from them please advise us.
It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or damage to property nor non-availability of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances beyond our control. It is an express condition of booking that we will not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through circumstances beyond our control. In the interest of safety it might become necessary to limit the opening times of our swimming pools. We do not employ life guards - children and non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Wheelchairs and Disability
Our accommodation is currently unsuitable for the disabled.
A 25% of booking price is required when your holiday is booked from this website. Balance for rentals must reach us a clear 30 days before commencement of holiday.
Cancellation Insurance – Is the responsibility of the Guest - this protects you from being liable to the balance of the rental, should you be forced to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy (to yourself or any member of your party). If this can be substantiated and has arisen since you made the booking, then you will no longer be liable for the balance of the rental. Deposits are non-refundable - if the holiday was paid in full at the time of booking, a figure equivalent to the published deposit will be deemed to be a booking fee and will be retained. The decision of Cornish Coast Holidays Limited on all claims will be final. To qualify you must notify us immediately the circumstances arise. Should you need to cancel you must contact us immediately. Telephone cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
